Beechworth Camp Thursday 10th
Today we headed to Beechworth Cemetery which was originally In the middle of Beechworth until someone (I think a City Planner or Politics) Said I dont want dead people In the middle of town so governments moved the cemetery to far outside Beechworth. It still creeps me out that the bodies could be still there. CREEEEEPY. And still freaks me out that In the middle of the night you could see a frozen girl that looks like she has the head a Battle Droid and a white dress and a dog behind her and a creepy man with her Is FROZEN. Its like the Scary Mary, Anyway this Is freaking me out so here Is a photo of one of the sights. Anyway about the Cemetery at the start of the tour the guide started talking about when the cemetery was established and about some of the solders and many notables buried. And the guide was like "BORING". There was different kinds which was kinda interesting to the first burial to the newest one. At the the Burke Museum I did this puzzle and the place looked cool and the remakes of Ned Kelly's Face and Armour was great. the real Armour Is in the State Library Of Victoria and the face is at Melbourne Gaol. After headed to Beechworth Sweet Company and went on a shopping spree! First thing chose was Sour Patch Kids, Chewy Fruit Mix, Red Skins. The shopping spree was crazy that I spent ALL my money. After I went to Beechworth Court (For a Tour) and got to stand at the Prisoners Dock which Ned Kelly was when he was on Trial. I kinda think Ned Kelly was half hero half villain. After headed back to Old Priory for the Movie Mania which turned up to be a DISCO which PARTY ROCK TURNED ON and everyone danced and jumped around like hell and went crazy!!!. the disco was great on the final night of school camp!.

Beechworth Camp Wednesday 9th
Today we headed to the blacksmith and I even thought the technology and stuff has been never been upgraded but really the blacksmith said that the technology was fine and that blacksmiths don't need technology you see In the future which made me laugh!. so seriously I laughed. Anyway after I went to this telegraph station and not any regular telegraph station the world's busiest morse code station In the world. There was a large museum and everyone thought the phones worked! HA HA (even I was dumb enough to think that). Anyway the lunch was great and visiting the MB Cellars ROCKED Free cordial for everyone!. The place looked cool but the guide made us sit on the benches and listen about history of cordial and alcohol In Victoria. The Beechworth Honey was awesome!!! Bees are one of the greatest and busiest chefs ever. In fact they help human chefs and I really love the honey!!.Anyway here Is a photo I took. You may think this Is bad but you will get the point. Anyway Mr Tongue saved me from falling during the Gorge Walk Hike and we walked 6km!. I just love running (and walking) and the funny thing Is that Finn N got an award for walking with me!. Craziest award ever!!!. Ok moving on, I enjoyed taking photos cause I like It, There where a bunch of stuff you can see and makes you wanna take photos. Ok we walked to the Old Priory and had the Solway's Got Talent and I did how to play Foursquare and WON. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY.

Beechworth Camp Tuesday 8th
Yo Yo Yo It's was second day of Beechworth Camp and I departed to Woolshed Falls. We went there for Gold Panning which miners have been doing since the Califonia Gold Rush and Victorian/NSW Gold Rush. You basically had to get a bowl and add sands and dirt In and add water and shake and mix with your hands and dig it in. NOW GO LOOK LOOK!!. I didn't find any gold (bad luck). We then had to go on a Hiking tour which then I had to miss out cause I forgot my asthma puffer and had to head to the Beechworth Medical Centre. Anyway after then went to Lake Sambell for a BQQ!!!. I WANT SECONDS ALREADY and had watermelons. Already feels like the forth of July!. Dinner was great at the Old Priory but the dessert still was not my taste. Anyway then there was Rob's Riddles which gave me a advantage for my team cause people on my team said I was like a 'secret weapon' that means I was like one of the smartest HA HA.

Beechworth Camp Monday 7th
Today I departed to Beechworth for school camp. It took half an hour to load the coaches (buses) and FOUR hours to get there. Half the way I lost my voice and and least we got to watch Garfield and Ice Age The Meltdown. By the time we got to Kate's Cottage museum I thought I saw Ned Kelly house but really is was not. You can see It In Cambridge now but all there is is...a chimney. By the time we got to Beechworth we spent the rest of the day at the Old Priory Guesthouse unpacking and the Dinner was great!. But the dessert sucked.

How To Make Lamingtons Taste.com.au
This Is Lamingtons Recipe I Found On Taste.com.au. They are Australian cakes and are one of the best cakes ever.
Preparation Time
20minutes
Cooking Time
30 minutes
Ingredients (serves 15)
Melted butter, to grease
75g (1/2 cup) self-raising flour
75g (1/2 cup) plain flour
70g (1/2 cup) cornflour
6 x 59g eggs, at room temperature
215g (1 cup) caster sugar
1 tbs boiling water
170g (2 cups) desiccated coconut
Chocolate icing
300g (2 cups) icing sugar mixture
35g (1/3 cup) cocoa powder
60ml (1/4 cup) milk
60ml (1/4 cup) boiling water
Method
Preheat oven to 160°C. Brush a 19 x 29cm (base measurement) lamington pan with melted butter to lightly grease. Line the base and sides with non-stick baking paper, allowing it to overhang slightly.
Sift the combined flours together into a large bowl. Repeat twice.
Use an electric beater to whisk the eggs in a large clean, dry bowl until thick and pale. Gradually add the sugar, 1 tbs at a time, whisking well after each addition until mixture is thick and sugar dissolves.
Sift the combined flours over the egg mixture. Pour the boiling water down the side of the bowl. Use a large metal spoon to gently fold until just combined. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and use the back of a spoon to smooth the surface. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Turn cake onto a wire rack, cover with a clean tea towel and set aside overnight to cool.
Trim the edges of the cake and cut into 15 squares. Spread the coconut over a plate.
To make the chocolate icing, sift the icing sugar and cocoa powder into a medium bowl. Add the milk and water and stir until smooth.
Use 2 forks to dip 1 cake square into the warm icing to evenly coat. Allow any excess icing to drip off. Use your fingers to roll the cake in the coconut to evenly coat, then place on a wire rack. Repeat with the remaining cake squares, icing and coconut. Set aside for 1 hour or until icing sets.
Notes
Tip: When adding the flour, fold it in with a balloon whisk -it distributes the flour through the egg mixture more quickly then a metal spoon. Overworking your mixture makes for a leathery sponge.

Going To A Asian All You Can Eat Buffet
Today I went to this asian buffet and went crazy with the foods. I'm not really familiar with Asian foods so I just went insane with choosing the foods. I was even thinking wasabi was ice cream!. My favorite food was the dumplings and this soup. The Ice creams tasted GREAT and the wasabi was SPICY. I bet they served these foods for the Chinese emperor or a rich person in asia during ancient china. Also I still have to figure out times to upload my gaming vid cause yesterday It was taking 3 HOURS.
